Make Me a Liberal

Give me one good reason that I should be a Liberal, or a Progressive (which is the new word for Communist).

1. I’d get more acting work in Hollywood.
2. I’d get more stand up comedy gigs in comedy clubs.
3. The media would embrace me.
4. Bette Midler would like me.

Well, there is not one good reason there, so I am a conservative. 

“Conservative” is a clunky word. If we need a label, I like “Patriot.” It’s short and snappy. “Right” is even snappier.

Conservative/Patriot/Right means pro-life, anti-globalism, borders, legal immigration, freedom of speech, capitalism, smaller government, pro-God, pro-traditional marriage and family.

Liberal/Progressive/Left means abortion, global Marxism, illegal immigration, censorship, bigger government, breakup of the family, anti-God. In other words, the 45 Goals of Communism read into the Congressional Record by Congressman Albert S. According to the Left, Climate Change is terrifying, human-caused, an excuse for population control (abortion, euthanasia). To the Right, it is a hoax created by the global elite to control the masses. Read “The Greatest Hoax” by Senator James Inhofe.

Why can’t we have a debate between real scientists, (not those paid by the United Nations), discussing global warming/climate change and whether or not it is caused by cars, carbon dioxide or cow flatulance and whether or not it is dangerous. I have not seen one debate.

My political awakening came in 2007. The Tea Party Movement. I stumbled into an underground group of conservatives in LA. It was called “Friends of Abe.” Gary Sinise started it. Jon Voight was there, Kelsey Grammar, Patricia Heaton and other famous faces. People went around the table and explained the persecution they were experiencing in their workplaces. They would be fired if their co-workers knew they were not Lefties.  I was introduced to books like D’nesh D’Souza’s, ” The Roots of Obama’s Rage.” I got to know Andrew Breitbart. I learned that the Chicago senator running against Hilary for President was “left of Hilary.” I know Communism. I grew up in Miami. I know Cubans who fled Castro. I know their stories. I read George Orwell’s “1984” in 7th grade at Dade Christian School. We do not want Communism.

I flew to PA and interviewed Professor Paul Kengor who wrote “The Communist.”Link here: https://www.amazon.com/Communist-Paul-Kengor/dp/1501131184?asin=1501131184&revisionId=&format=4&depth=1 He found out that Obama’s mentor Frank Marshall Davis and Obama’s grandparents, the ones who raised him in Hawaii were card-carrying members of the CPUSA. He found their card number! He also discovered that Valerie Jarrett’s grandparents were in the CPUSA at the same time and friends.  The media would not report on this. I was passionate about telling the world who Obama really was and what was creeping into our government.

I wrote a column for World Net Daily (https://www.wnd.com/?s=Victoria+Jackson) about my adventures as a beginner political activist. I attended Tea Parties and gave speeches. My stand up comedy agent at APA, in Beverly Hills dumped me. She said, “All the club owners are liberals, they won’t hire you.” I started writing for Breitbart.com. Then, I wrote for Patriot News Network. I was very careful to be accurate with my facts, knowing that the blonde who specialized in ditziness on Saturday Night Live would not be taken seriously. When I spoke out against the TV show Glee having a storyline of two teenage boys kissing, the media went nuts and my Atlanta agent at The People Store, dumped me. A Patriot like me loves freedom, for example, I refused the jab and the mask that the government was trying to mandate.  I lost an audition for a Marvel movie because I would not get the Covid vaccine. My conclusion after my involvement with many Patriot groups in many states across the nation and most recently the fantastic group Moms for Liberty, is that we need unity. I’m in several groups that don’t know about each other. We have to agree on a few important things and allow each other disagreement in the smaller things, just like the church – Baptist, Catholic, Pentecostal, Church of Christ, speaking in tongues, not-speaking in tongues. The unifying factor in Christianity is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ for our sins. John 3:16 On smaller matters we should lovingly discuss and compare our opinions to Scripture.

Conservatives believe in upholding The Constitution and the Judeo-Christian values our blessed nation was founded on. Let’s unify around that and ask God to help us in this spiritual battle. Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against  against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
